After the registration is validated and approved, you will get the Final Registration No and Password in SMS/Email as applicable.
You can Login to your Dashboard with the given Registration Id and Password.
On landing in the Dashboard post login, You will find the Option Edit Profile in the Menu List in left Panel as will as in the Dashboard (as Edit Profile button).
