After the Registration is validated by Central Admin Directorate of Employment, you will get the Final Registration No in SMS/Email and you will be allowed to Login to your Dashboard.
You have to use the Email ID and Password for login which has been given at the time of registration.
After landing on the Dashboard, on left panel, you will find a Menu named Create Advertisement. Click the Menu and the Page for Creating the Advertisement will open.
Enter Advertisement Title, Number of Vacancies and upload the Job Details in the form of PDF
You mat write the details of the Advertisement in the given text area but that is not mandatory.
Finally click Update Advertisement.
The Advertisement will be sent to Central Admin of Directorate of Employment for approval and once approved, the Advertisement will be floated in the Home Page of the Portal of Directorate of Employment.
Please note that through Advertisement you will not be able to go for recruitment. Based on the Advertisement, you have to Post the Job for completing the recruitment.
