    Job Posting by Employer

    1. In the Left Panel of the Dashboard, click on the Menu names Post Job.
    2. First, you have to select the Advertisement. Without floating the Advertisement, you will not be able to Post a Job.
    3. Enter Job Title.
    4. Below Job Title, there are two text areas where you have to enter Job Description, Key Responsibility Areas, Perks and benefits etc.
    5. Select required Skills. You can enter the first few characters and the probable list will be displayed in drop down form where you can select. You can select multiple Skills.
    6. Select Country, State, City of the Job Opening.
    7. Enter Minimum Salary, Maximum Salary, Currency Type, Salary Period and whether you want to display the Salary in the Job Posting.
    8. Select Career Level.
    9. Select Functional Area.
    10. Select Job Type.
    11. Select Job Shift.
    12. Enter No of Vacancies. Please note that at a time, not more that 100 opening for Jobs will be permitted, whether it is through a Single Advertisement and Single Job Posting or Single Advertisement and Multiple Job Posting or Multiple Advertisements and Multiple Job Posting. After floating the Job, you have to complete the full recruitment cycle and update Directorate of Employment regarding the absorption of the Job Seekers from the Database of the Employment Bank for further availing this Portal.
    13. Select Gender Preference
    14. Enter Job Expiry Date
    15. Select Required Qualification
    16. Select Required Job Experience
    17. Is Freelancing allowed?
    18. Enter Age Range for the Job opening.
    19. Finally Click Update Job button to post the Job.
